BOB'S TALK NOTES & RECORDINGS

Presentations at lectures are usually in the form of PowerPoint presentations and would be too large to store and display on this website. The files available here are in PDF format which you will be able to view or download.  However, in some cases parts of the presentation may not look exactly as they did during the lecture.  If you have a particular need for the original presentation in PowerPoint format please contact our secretary.

Out of respect for our presenters please use these presentations for personal purposes only, and do not share them with others.

This paragraph is being set up to test for 'tabs' or indent of text on the page:

Today is 20 Sept

Tomorrow is 21 Sept

Now I'll try bullets:

  1. 1st bullet

  2. 2nd bullet

  • 1st bullet point

  • 2nd bullet point

How's that John?

Looks good - I used indent the way you did when the whole line is indented; the problem I couldn't solve without using spaces is the hanging indent like this:

21 Sept 2022.......Talk Title Here   I had to use spaces to align title with next indented line. like this

This line is indented

as is this ...

In Edit text mode - Just use Text settings in the floating window on the right, 3rd block down from the top has :

Alignment - Bullets and Numbering - Decrease indent - Increase indent - change text direction
